Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Wax Room Supervisor to take charge of our Wax Department. This position is full-time; any part-time applications will not be considered. The candidate should be experienced and proficient in making waxes suitable for lost-wax casting. 


This is a wonderfully unique opportunity to shape the functionality, efficiency and personal feel of an entire department. We’re looking for someone passionate about excelling and driving the department forward.



Responsibilities will involve:


  1. Maintaining consistent wax production to schedule

  2. Ensuring a high standard of quality 

  3. Training other members of staff in wax making basics

  4. Reordering materials and monitoring stock levels

  5. Interacting and liaising with clients

  6. Developing new innovations with regard to methods, techniques and materials




Experience is essential 

knockout and chase

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a foundry technician in our knockout, fettle and chase departments for immediate start. ​This position is full-time; any part-time applications will not be considered.

Predominantly they will be using water and sand blasting machines to remove ceramic shell from castings, fettling bronzes preparing them ready for metal working. Any applicant must be physically strong as this can be a physically demanding role. 

They will also be able to work in a clean, organised manner, with respect for all department tools and following any health & safety measures without issue.




Experience would be ideal, but not essential as training will be given

Bronze Age London is looking to hire a hardworking, multi-tasker as an Administrative Assistant.


Responsibilities are to include:


  • Answer phone, forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information for the person calling.

  • Greet clients, visitors, couriers, etc. by welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.

  • Perform other administrative duties, such as scanning, copying, printing, filing, and organizing documents, as well as maintaining calendar, databases, etc.

  • Assist Foundry Manager with the production and processing of sales invoices.

  • Manage daily register and timesheets for all productive and non-productive staff

  • Review, co-ordinate and update company standard documents.

  • Data entry and maintenance of databases




  • Critical that person is reliable and dependable. They will need to be in work promptly at 7am and not leave until 3:45pm Monday to Friday.

  • Some overtime may be required including staying late occasionally to assist our team.

  • Exceptional communications skills (including great phone voice and etiquette)

  • Must have professional appearance and positive attitude as well as the ability to work cooperatively with others.

  • Excellent organisational skills.

  • Must speak, read and write english

  • Very familiar with Microsoft Office – advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and be shown to use Access for data entry.
