Predominantly known for their vibrant paintings these two great Indian artists take the stage with these striking bronze sculptures depicted from traditional figures.
Bronze Age London continue to provide services to a vast range of artists from all over the UK and internationally. Most recently we have had the great pleasure of castings a range of sculptures by the acclaimed artists Jogen Chowdhury and Thota Vaikuntam. Their sculptures represent paintings brought to life by way of being first skilfully modelled, and then cast into bronze using the lost wax method: one of the few processes in the 21st century where every part of the complex process is still carefully and entirely hand crafted by several skilled artisans. Casting the characters they paint in sculptural form has been a very exciting way of transforming their unique style into a whole new dimension, where they can now be touched and have even greater and tangible presence.
